The Friendly Schools & Families Program aims to reduce bullying in schools as well as build schools' capacity to systematically respond to bullying and to empower teachers, parents and students to prevent or to cope more effectively with these situations.

The Friendly Schools research has been recognised nationally and internationally as a successful evidenced-based bullying prevention program. The program guidelines and activities are designed to build on and support strategies to reduce bullying as advocated by the Australian National Safe Schools Framework for both Primary and Secondary Schools.

The Friendly Schools & Families website offers practical guidance, strategies, case studies and resources to assist schools with the implementation of an effective bullying prevention program.
